The best imaging products of 2010 were voted on at the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) General Assembly held from April 8th to 10th, 2010 in New York City, USA.
The editors of the 28 member photo magazines from 9 European countries plus Canada, South Africa and the United States met to discuss the associations activities in the previous 12 months, new projects as well as to vote on the TIPA Awards 2010.

Nikon has taken out the the Best Pro D-SLR (Nikon D3S) and Best Pro Lens (Nikon 70-200 AF-S) in the TIPA Awards 2010.
Best D-SLR Professional: Nikon D3s
Taking up most of the functions that made the success of the Nikon D3, D3s marks a milestone in the history of photography: it is indeed the first DSLR to sport the record push sensitivity of 102 400 ISO.
