六、鼓山涌泉寺
福州东郊鼓山涌泉寺创建于唐代，座落在福州东郊海拔455米的鼓山山腰。鼓山涌泉寺最盛时，僧人曾达1500多人，为“闽刹之冠”，1870年代初期有僧人二百多。在西方人的眼里，僧人们一身素衫，神态悠然，身着的长袍很像古代欧洲人的服饰。在经历了一百多年的风风雨雨后，涌泉寺的已成为福建最著名的寺院，鼓山也成为福州近郊最著名的游览胜地。

6. Yongquan Temple, Gushan Hill
Built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), Yongquan Temple is at 455 meters in Gushan Hill in the eastern suburb of Fuzhou.
The temple, with an accommodation of more than 1,500 monks at the peak time, is known to the local people as the “crown temple of Fujian”. There were more than 200 monks in the early 1870s. In the eyes of Westerners, the robe the monks wear sort of resemble the style of ancient European clothes.
After the baptism of more than a hundred year of history, the Yongquan Temple became the most famous of its kind in Fujian, while Gushan Hill the most appealing tourist attraction in the suburban area of Fuzhou.
